These bursts of cardio and ab exercises keep your heart rate up and your muscles active. This is the perfect workout to work up a sweat in 30 minutes or less.

Warmup: Walk/jog for 10 minutes
Circuit one: x2
15 Snap Jumps
20 Straight leg Jackknifes
40 ab bikes (20 each side)
30 crunches
Circuit two: 2x
10 burpees
50 mountain climbers (25 each side)
40 toe taps (20 each side)
10 knee tuck jumps
Stretch!!!
