This simple recipe is so tasty you won’t even realize they are healthy! These light and fluffy high protein pancakes will keep you fuller for longer and are great for a pre or post workout meal or snack.

**for protein powder I use Clean Lean Vanilla Nuzest
~Mix and place over lightly sprayed pan at medium heat.
~Let them cook for 2-3 minutes (or until golden brown)
~FLIP!
~Top with: almond butter, peanut butter, fresh berries, syrup, butter…. literally anything.
