Going bananas for these oats...
Ever since I was little, I would beg my dad to get bananas and let them sit for a week so we could make banana bread. It was our tradition. Now, being in school, I don't always have time to bake banana bread... BUT these banana bread oats taste exactly like banana bread! So fluffy with that creamy banana flavor resembles the bread completely.

Optional:
1 scoop Protein Powder ( I use smooth vanilla Nuzest Clean Lean protein power you can get here)
1 tbsp maca powder (has amazing benefits I'll write below if you are interested)

~Place all ingredients, but save ½ cup of almond milk, in a sauce pan on medium heat.
~ Boil!!
~Once boiling, turn down heat and stir for 4 minutes until the oatmeal is thick.
~Add the rest of the almond milk and let simmer for 1 minute
~Top with anything you want! I added banana, cacao nibs, hemp seeds (for extra protein) and a tiny drizzle of maple syrup!!
